Meet Our Owner:

Kristen Mihaly (Branzetti), FNTP, RWSP

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist

Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner

Founder and Owner of NHHN

I am so excited you have stopped by Nourish Holistic Health & Nutrition! I have always believed that it is important to look back at where we came from in order to see where we are going. So, with that being said, I graduated from Saint Anselm College in 2012 with a degree in Sociology and a dream of moving to Nashville, Tennessee to become a singer-songwriter. However, despite visiting Nashville, loving the culture, and even recording a demo, there was something that always stood out to me as more important and more fulfilling.

Throughout my life, my parents used holistic health and nutrition to help treat my younger brother's severe autism. Though I witnessed positive results firsthand in my brother, it was not until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that I turned to holistic nutrition to achieve balance in my own life.

I decided to dive in and studied Nutritional Therapy through the Nutritional Therapy Association and earned my credentials to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

I am Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® through the Holistic Nutrition Credentialing Board and National Association of Nutrition Professionals, a Certified Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner, Certified in Level 1 + 2 Bio-Body Feedback Technique using Essential Oils, and Certified in Neurology of Digestion using Muscle Testing. Supplement Testing within my practice is combined with Wholistic Kinesiology and Lingual-Neuro Testing. Functional Laboratory Testing, Blood Testing and Stool Testing is also offered.

I also served as the Holistic Nutritionist at the Cape Cod Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Center before deciding to open my own practice, and so begins the story of Nourish Holistic Health and Nutrition, LLC.

I am so happy to have you join me here and to be a part of your journey, wherever that may be starting. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about NHHN and for considering holistic nutrition as a potential solution in your life!

Associate Nutritionist :

Gabrielle Desmarais, FNTP

Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Gabrielle is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner living in Francestown, NH. Her passion for holistic health and nutrition runs deeply, beginning in childhood. When cold and flu season would come around, she distinctly remembers being given a vast array of herbs ranging from elderberry syrup to olive leaf extract to alleviate her symptoms and shorten the duration of the illness. Gabrielle was fascinated by the idea that plants and other things in the natural world could have such a profound effect on health and wellness.

This curiosity blossomed as she grew older, expressing itself with an interest in aromatherapy and herbal medicine. She began creating her own personal care products made with clean ingredients that nourish the skin and body. In 2016 at the age of 21, Gabrielle started her own small business selling these products at local farmers’ markets. It was such a gift to her; to be able to share her craft in a way that genuinely helped people.

Gabrielle soon realized that she wanted to go deeper with her work and through a chance meeting with Kristen, she found the perfect program with which to embark on this path. Since graduating the Nutritional Therapy Association’s FNTP program in June of 2019, nutrition has become an integral part of daily life. It is a passion she is so very excited to share with you all!

Administrative Assistant:

Tiffany Meadows

My name is Tiffany Meadows and I am so excited to be a part of this incredible Nourish team! I have been given an opportunity to take steps to pursue my passion for holistic wellness and nutrition. I am incredibly thankful to Kristen and Gabrielle for this opportunity. I grew up in California where my interest in nutrition started. Living there, I loved having access to fresh, organic produce year-round at the farmer's market. Clean eating is pretty easy with all the sunshine in California!

My family and I moved to NH 13 years ago and I have never looked back. I love the small town vibe. Before living here, I thought quaint NH towns were something only found in the romance books I used to read. The community and togetherness we have here is incredible. I wouldn't have wanted to raise the kids anywhere else!

Speaking of kids, my son is 27, my oldest daughter is graduating HS in June and my youngest daughter will be a junior in HS next year. To say the least, they don't need as much time from me anymore! So, I will have the ability to focus on my lifelong interest in holistic nutrition. I look forward to meeting everyone and embark on this journey together!
