Overnight Oats

September 26, 2018

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, many of us would rather hit the snooze button on our alarm then take the time to make breakfast! If you are one of those people then overnight oats are for you! Prep your oats the night before while you're making dinner and store them in the fridge until the morning- you'll love how easy they are! You can make a weeks worth of breakfasts in about 20 minutes!

So how does one make these MAGICAL oats you ask? We're here to tell you!

Step 1: Take a glass or a bowl and add a serving of gluten-free filled oats.  Fill the glass as much as you think you'll be able to eat the next morning. We suggest 1/2 a cup of gf oats.

Step 2: Add 2 scoops of Collagen Peptides to get some protein OR 1 scoop of a high-quality protein powder.

Step 3: Now fill up the glass with liquid until the oats are well covered
- coconut milk
- almond milk
- rice milk

Step 4: Its time to add your favorite toppings!
- almonds
- hazelnuts
- walnuts
- cashew nuts
- flax seed
- chia seeds
- pumpkin seeds
- sunflower seeds
- raisins
- berries
- banana
- cherries
- apples
- pears
- nut butters
- coconut flakes

Step 5: Add a little spice, spice baby
- cinnamon
- vanilla
- cocoa powder
- ginger powder
- gingerbread spice

Step 6: Lid on tight and into the fridge they go for the night!

Enjoy!!
