I am so excited you have stopped by Nourish Holistic Health & Nutrition! I have always believed that it is important to look back at where we came from in order to see where we are going.

 

Throughout my life, my parents used holistic health and nutrition to help treat my younger brother's severe autism. Though I witnessed positive results firsthand in my brother, it was not until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease at 15 years old that I turned to holistic nutrition to achieve balance in my own life.

 

I decided to dive in and studied Nutritional Therapy through the Nutritional Therapy Association and earned my credentials to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner.

 

I am Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition® through the Holistic Nutrition Credentialing Board and National Association of Nutrition Professionals, a Certified Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner, Certified in Level 1 + 2 Bio-Body Feedback Technique using Essential Oils, and Certified in Neurology of Digestion using Muscle Testing. Supplement Testing within my practice is combined with Wholistic Kinesiology and Lingual-Neuro Testing. Functional Laboratory Testing, Blood Testing and Stool Testing is also offered.

 

I also served as the Holistic Nutritionist at the Cape Cod Hospital Cardiac Rehabilitation Center before deciding to open my own practice, and so begins the story of Nourish Holistic Health and Nutrition, LLC.

 

Since then, I have become a Restorative Wellness Solutions Practitioner for Functional Medicine Stool Testing, Blood Chemistry Analysis and Food Allergy and Chemical Sensitivity Testing.

 

I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, sister and a friend. My goal is to always empower people to live a life that is good for their soul. I live with my husband and two children, Henry and Charlotte, on our little farm in Bradford, NH full of chickens, ducks, bees and our German Shepherd, Ovi.
